The short version: we collect as little as possible. What you type into your binder stays on your own device. We never see it.

What we collect

• Payments: checkout is handled by PayPal. PayPal shares your name, email address and order details with us so we can deliver your files and help if something goes wrong. We never see your card or bank details. PayPal's own privacy policy applies to your payment.
• Emails: if you email us, we keep your message and email address to reply.
• Website: this site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

How we use it

Only to deliver your order, provide support, keep records required for tax and accounting, and prevent fraud. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you ask to hear from us.

Your binder's contents

The binder is a file on your device. Anything you type into it is stored only where you save it. Please keep it somewhere secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@justincasebinders.com. We'll keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as transaction records.

If we change this policy we'll update the date above.
